RJC Architects is a full service architectural, planning and interior design firm located in the Bankers Hill area of San Diego. We specialize in civic, governmental, commercial, and industrial projects and are currently looking for an additional team member to join our firm and help build the company's architectural services team.
Applicants should share the firm’s commitment to providing the highest level of client satisfaction through strong communication and personalized design. Applicants should also be able to demonstrate experience in managing staff, clients, consultants, contracts, and correspondence with contractors.

POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Manage, coordinate and complete work in a team-based setting.
· Ability to manage multiple projects.
· Responsible for administering all phases of a project through construction
· Provide guidance to ensure quality design and quality documents
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Accredited College or University with a major in Architecture.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates are expected to have a current architectural license and worked full-time for at least 10 -15 years. Candidate is expected to be able to provide financial management and oversight throughout the project including progress and expense, negotiation of additional services, invoicing, consultant contracts and management and other similar duties. Candidate should be proficient in CAD, the codes and specifications. Experience working with Governmental Agencies (DOD, Army Corps) and the ability to work on multiple projects are desired. LEED AP certification is desirable and experience with REVIT is preferred.
